Another Record-Breaking Tequila for Ta-Tas Celebration

From the generosity of sponsors and donors, supported by the hard work of volunteers and Tri-North’s Community Engagement Team, 2025 marked another record-breaking year for Tequila for Ta-Tas. Founded by Tri-North 11 years ago, Tequila for Ta-Tas is a fundraiser that supports the UW Carbone Cancer Center’s More for Stage IV fund in the fight against metastatic breast cancer. This carnival-themed event is open to the public and is a fun night full of games, prizes, margaritas, tacos, and more! This year’s event raised $54,357 and since its inception, over $200,000 have been raised.

“This grassroots fundraiser has had such an impact,” says Tri-North Vice President Anna Stern. “From starting as a small event to becoming a major community undertaking for a good cause has been so impressive to experience from year to year, where our goal is to continually support research for impacted patients from near and far.”

As for what to expect in 2026, Tri-North is excited to share that it will be a new era. Have no fear though! Tequila for Ta-Tas will still be an annual event to support the UW Carbone Cancer Center, but will have a new spin going into next year. Make sure to stay tuned in summer 2026 for more details.
