InterContinental Milwaukee

Tri-North was hired to transform Milwaukee’s Wyndham Hotel into the city’s first internationally branded luxury hotel—The InterContinental Milwaukee. The InterContinental is located within Milwaukee’s well-known Arts and Financial District.

The hotel was renovated to appeal to business travelers who appreciate the amenities of an upscale hotel. Tri-North constructed a $5,500,000 open remodel which updated many of the hotel spaces including all public areas and guest rooms. Guests are now greeted with a stunning contemporary feel in the grand lobby. The experience continues with 222 guest rooms that feature high-end finishes, wireless Internet access, large work spaces, and flat-panel televisions which can be connected to laptop computers. Some rooms even offer private meeting space. Tri-North also created two new upscale bars, a trendy new restaurant, and a stunning ballroom.
