When the time came for PIKE Technologies to expand into a larger space, the company didn’t have far to move. They purchased property next to their existing location and built a new, 45,000 square feet facility housing their offices and manufacturing department.

Overlooking a pond and prairie, the building features several sustainable design elements including high-efficient faucets, waterless urinals, dual-flush toilets, and a lighting-control system. To preserve as much of the surrounding landscape as possible, the building has underground parking for all employees.
