Grand Geneva Resort & Spa

The initial Grand Geneva Resort project involved a complete renovation of the former Playboy Club/Americana Resort. Tri-North renovated all guest rooms areas with new finishes including new bathrooms and mechanicals. The entire project was completed in less that 10 months. We’ve since renovated almost every area of the Resort including restaurants, public areas, ball rooms, pools, spa, fitness area, ski chalet.
