• Maintaining an open working environment, where employees are encouraged to voice their concerns.
• Offering a day care, located in our corporate headquarters, for employees' children.
• Hosting several employee training sessions and social events throughout the year, including our employee appreciation party, in an effort to establish, maintain, and build our relationships outside of work.
